My thoughts on The Dom’s Dungeon

What can I say? I knew that Cherise Sinclair was a big name with her books because of the book reviews and also because the girls at the Whatsapp Reading Club couldn’t stop harassing me until I read at least one. So, as you can imagine, I wasn’t expecting the reaction I got reading this book. It was not what I thought I would feel at all or even think while I was reading this pages.

First of all, even know the author has a great reputation with her books, I wasn’t expecting the quality of writing that she showed in this book. I tried to compare her with Shayla Black or Maya Banks but I just couldn’t… The level of maturity and proper good writing skills are just amazing for me.

I’m just pleasantly shocked… I’m almost speechless…

Cherise Sinclair uses the description to a degree that I just can’t say enough good stuff about her. She descrive enough, she doesn’t hold back and doesn’t over do it. You can feel the book flowing and it’s like watching a great movie, always enough to keep you going until the end. I guess I could just say she is the most realistic author I have encounter so far, at least with this book.

I hate comparisons but have to... compare... a scene from The Master
from Kresley Cole and the scene in this book where Alex strapped Mac and
used the Hitachi on her... I just couldn't shake the memory of
Maximiliam tying the vibrator to his girl's thighs and let her orgasm
again and again... Alex, in this book, was way sexier in the way he did
make her orgasm again and again and it was nothing Mac could do about it.

While I was reading this book I was downing in a sea of feeling, memories, images, and more feelings like you have no idea and I bask on that because few books can actually do that to me lately. It was refreshing to see an author write so well of a subject like BDSM, in a way that made me feel… I was fucking floating… Like sky-high or something…

I have no words to describe how I felt at the end of the book.

It was so pleasing that really I have no words.

Do I Recommend This Book?

If you like dominant/submissive characters, a heavy dose of… I don’t even know what to call it… Mystery? Trust? Craziness? Kink? I was so enveloped in this book that I can’t even pin point every feeling that this brought so…

The description it’s amazing, the story it’s so believable that the connection to the characters it’s right there at the beginning. The female in this story it’s not some wimpy girl, she is strong, she is scared and OMG… just read the damn book!

This is really strange situation for me…  *looks at the stars above* I gave this book Five stars without even thinking twice when I finish it because there is no way in Hell I would dare to give it less.

So many feeling, so many sighs, so many moments when I felt like my heart was going to explode and my soul was… I was so into the story… Even thou I have nothing that relates me with the stuff Mac when through in her life… The respect, the trust… *stops writing and closes her eyes for a few minutes* This book is some of those that I just… I’ll keep close to me… forever.
