“Hide Your Crazy” could not have been a cleverer title for this first book in The Kilgore Motorcycle Patrol series by Lani Lynn Vale. In the beginning, I couldn’t see why she decided to go for that title but as I passed the 50% mark I catch on and I think it was sweet.
Katy is Luke Robert’s daughter and when I saw that it was her book I dropped every pretense of catching up with other Lani Lynn stories and dove right in. She’s a strong woman, with her past mistakes and current life situations, she’s just so relatable that I couldn’t just love her. Besides, did I mentioned she’s Luke’s daughter? The Chief of Police is her dad!
Logan is a good cop that has been mixed in dubious incidence and has a horrible ex-wife, that makes him look like the bad guy when in reality she is the rotten apple.
The way these two characters were brought together was very funny and endearing. I love how candid and hilarious the situation was at the same time.

I was expecting more tension from the story. Understand that I have read Lani Lynn Vale’s books for a long time and I can always count on the suspense and the climax of the story, in this one I found it different.
Don’t get me wrong, there were the mystery, the drama,
“It Wasn’t Me“, the next book in the series is releasing tomorrow! You can bet I will be reading that Lani Lynn’s book too *wink*
