My Review

It’s been a little while since I read a Frankie Love story. I picked her back up because I needed something light, sexy, short and steamy with a Happy Ending to brighten my day.

Avery is a live-in nanny and Liam is a great surgeon. They meet at a bar and without telling each other their real name, started a game of make-believe that ended in a cute love story. I can’t tell you more because of spoilers because the book it’s only 77 pages long.

What I Liked:

The way Liam focused on Avery and didn’t give up. He wasn’t a creep or a bad hero. He also wasn’t one to just throw the towel when things got tough. He also was adorably cute when he was with her.

Avery being so sure of what she wanted in life was fresh to me, specially because of what she wanted. Her sister didn’t agree with her but she didn’t care. I like someone that can make complicated situations feel a little better and that has a clear goal in life.

What I Didn’t Liked:

The plot device that the author used to create a problem between the last time they saw each other until almost the end of the book. I don’t want to reveal it to you so I’ll say that if it’s well used, this plot device works like a charm. In this book, I would have liked to see something different or better.

Just in case you are a Kindle Unlimited subscriber, this and other books by Frankie Love are there, so most likely you will find something that you like.

I would recommend this book if you want a short time read that it’s steamy hot, makes you squirm in your sit and has a Happy Ending.

About the Author

Frankie Love writes sexy stories about bad boys and mountain men. As a thirty-something mom to six who is ridiculously in love with her own bearded hottie, she believes in love-at-first-sight and happily-ever-afters. She also believes in the power of a quickie.

You can find her at FRANKIELOVE.NET or on FB— where she’s usually moaning about the latest episode of The Bachelor or fangirling over swoon-worthy romances.

❤️Get ready to fall in love … you deserve it!❤️

All of Frankie’s books are stand-alones with happily-ever-afters! Promise!
