Disclaimer: These stories are NOT for readers under the age of 18 years old due to the heavy sexual content on them.
The short story collection is a teaser of epic proportions for me. I haven’t read anything by M. Robinson, not that I could remember, and I believe I should remember her books going off the reaction I got from this collection.
The first short story is about the couple from El Diablo. The heat level was at an all-time max and I was left wanting more. Now I need to actually read El Diablo to get to know these characters and get my fix. One thing is for sure: I won’t be looking at candy canes in the same way for the rest of my life. *blushes deeply*
The second story was about Noah and Skyler’s from the Lost Boy. This got almost the same amount of love from me as the first one. Except, nobody can top Alejandro Martinez so far. It sounds like the Lost Boy should be a lot of fun with these two as main characters. I can hardly wait to find out.
The last story is a teaser scene of a future book by the author that will be releasing in Spring 2019 and the scene depicted in those short pages was some very powerful stuff. I can say with honesty that I’m as excited to get this new book as I am to read El Diablo… Well, almost. Lucky for me I have a backlist of books from M. Robinson to catch up on before the release.
As far as recommendations go, this Collection of short scenes in on my top list for teasers and as a way to get to know a new to you author’s writing. It was hands down, one of the best ways to end my reading year. I just hope 2019 gets even better reading-wise.
I almost forgot to mention that I got the book with the KU (Kindle Unlimited) subscription.
M. Robinson loves to read. She favors anything that has angst, romance, triangles, cheating, love, and of course sex! She has been reading since the Babysitters Club and R.L. Stein.
She was born in New Jersey but was raised in Tampa Fl. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D in psychology, with two years left.
She is married to an amazing man who she loves to pieces. They have two German Shepherd mixes and a Tabby cat.

Come home to Rivers End and discover the ghosts of Christmases past…
When Selina Peterman arrives in Rivers End one stormy night, it’s disorienting enough to discover she’s inherited a house. But when she learns that the house is filled to the rafters with junk—and uncomfortable family secrets—all she wants is to clean it, sell it, and get the heck out. No problem, except that she’s about to meet the biggest complication of all: the gorgeous caretaker who’s living there.
Connor O’Donnell knows he shouldn’t get involved with the sexy granddaughter of the man he’d looked up to for so long. He’s not sure he’s even ready for a relationship, and getting involved with someone he knows isn’t going to stick around is risky—if not outright stupid. But with the snow falling outside and Christmas on the way, it’s all too easy for the two of them to stay inside and play house. It’s only for a few days, right?
Rivers End romances can be read independently, but you’ll probably have the most fun with you if you explore the town and its inabitants more fully. These are novella-length stories that can be read chronologically in story time, or chronogically in smaller connected groups of stories and characters. Both options are listed below.

Sometimes fate needs a little hand…
Santa Claus is going to have a rough season… Lauren Alexander is raising her daughter alone. Abandoned by her family for her decision to keep her daughter Kristen, she has done a pretty good job for the last six years. Or she thought she had. That’s why she is crushed when little Kristen gives up her wish for a toy or goodie and instead asks Santa for a present for her mother. She wants Santa to bring a Daddy. Delivering Daddies isn’t Santa’s bag.
But this Santa has a plan…
Kyle Preston knows what it is like to be abandoned too. Luckily he found the support of loving adoptive parents and has turned himself into one of the most successful Real Estate developers in town.
Building a house is easy. Building someone’s trust is a whole other story. But with a little helping hand, a little Christmas magic can make all the difference in the world.
